CentraComm operates two carrier class data centers in Northwest Ohio. These locations provide two key benefits: easy access to major Midwest cities and our data centers are not as likely to be impacted by major weather events as facilities located on the coast.
Our Bluffton facility was originally operated as a nuclear hardened Department of Defense site and has 18 inch reinforced concrete walls. Both facilities have fiber entries from two separate fiber carriers, with redundant infrastructure and networking systems throughout.
From a network perspective, CentraComm has engineered a fully redundant, self-healing all IP network supported. This network is maintained by the expertise of our relentless team of certified engineers. One phone call is made for any issues relating our services. We are directly accountable. We guarantee availability, performance, and latency.
