Since 2001, CentraComm has been securing, managing and hosting
high-performance IT networks for a wide array of businesses and
organizations throughout North America. Beginning as an Internet
Service Provider (ISP), we've grown with our customers, becoming a
full-scale Managed Service Provider (MSP) along the way, complete
with a Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations
Center (SOC) and two carrier-class datacenters including a nuclear

Position
This position reports to the President and depending on
candidate selected, position title will be Vice President or
Director of Sales.
As CentraComm's Sales Leader, this position provides the
opportunity to drive market share and revenue to new heights. This
qualified individual will play a strategic role in our expansion by
driving and implementing a sales strategy for managed services
focused on security, networking and hosting, throughout all market
segments. This position is responsible for leading and
managing CentraComm's day to day sales functions; as well as
setting longer term sales strategy. Specifically, this
position will manage both the strategic and tactical elements of
sales operations including productivity metrics, quota planning,
compensation plan management, and territory design.
The Sales Leader ensures the delivery of exceptional customer
service by putting all customers first. He/she will
utilize relationship building skills and solution selling to
develop "C" level contacts and conduct face-to-face meetings with
prospective customers to determine product / service needs.
Qualifications
The individual will have 3+ years of experience in sales
management of business to business sales and a proven track record
of exceeding sales goals for a technology services company selling
mid size to large corporations. Ability to build and maintain IT
& executive contacts as well as meet sales quota within the
assigned market. Strong ability to act as a solutions consultant as
it relates to the benefits of manages services.
- College Degree preferred
- 3+ years experience managing a sales team
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas in a technology service
company
- Experience selling in our primary geography (Michigan, Ohio,
Western PA)
- Hands on experience with Salesforce.com
- Extensive market knowledge on Internet Security and IT solution
offerings
- Extensive network of contacts in the following business
verticals: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial, Energy, Education,
Retail and Service Provider (ISP, Cable, Telecom)
- Maintain current leading edge knowledge through continued
product research and training
- Experience with Managed and Professional Services (I.T.
hardware and software product knowledge a plus)
The right candidate in this opportunity will be rewarded with
tremendous earnings (potential $100K + on target) to include base,
variable compensation and full range of benefits and 401k.
Compensation package is dependent upon experience level.
Location and Travel
Company headquarters are located in Findlay, Ohio.
Candidates located in SE Michigan, Central Ohio and Northern Ohio
will be considered, but if not local to Findlay, candidate must be
willing to spend at least one day a week in Findlay.
Candidate must be willing to spend up to 50% of time travelling
regionally supporting sales team.
