Mark Robinson, President & Chief Marketing
Officer
Mark
is responsible for managing strategic direction and day-to-day
business operations of the company Mark has been with CentraComm
since 2005 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mark's
leadership has been pivotal in developing CentraComm from a young
start-up company to the award-winning Managed Services Provider it
is today. Mark architected sales and marketing strategies that were
the catalyst to CentraComm's collective sales growth of 245% and
numerous industry awards during the past six years. Mark has over
14 years of professional experience, in a variety of roles
including sales engineering, product management, and marketing and
sales. Prior to joining CentraComm, Mark worked for Buckeye
TeleSystem, a competitive local exchange carrier located in Toledo,
Ohio and served as a communications officer in the 101st Airborne
Division of the US Army. Mark earned his MBA from The Ohio State
University and BS from the University of Kentucky.

Greg Miller, Chief Information Officer &
Co-Founder
Greg brings to
CentraComm a unique blend of technical and engineering competences
that serve him well as CIO. In this role, Greg is responsible for
managing all CentraComm systems infrastructure as well as leading
the design of systems processes and rollout. Greg manages the
engineering staff and oversees our data centers, telecommunications
circuits, and customer support. Previously, Greg served as Vice
President of Engineering and Technical Sales Manager for companies
in the software and plant floor automation industry. Greg was a
scholar athlete at Purdue University. He played football for the
Boilermakers and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering
Technology with distinction. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems
engineer with 13 years of combined experience in IT and industrial
automation.

Renee Schlade, Chief operating officer
Renee
is responsible for setting CentraComm's financial policy and
direction, and is a contributor to the organization's overall
strategy. Renee is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in
private sector organizations and public accounting. She served as
Chief Financial Officer and Controller of several organizations in
the health care industry, leading their accounting teams in
oversight and preparation of financial reporting, planning, and
budgeting. She was also an associate with Plante & Moran, PLLC
(a Regional Accounting and Consulting Firm), where she was an
auditor and management consultant specializing in the health and
human services industry. Renee graduated with honors from the
University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration in
accounting.

Lynn Child, Chairman & CO-FOUNDER
Lynn co-founded CentraComm in 2001, serving as CEO from 2001
- 2009 and as Chairman of the Board from 2007 to present. Lynn has
more than 30 years experience in the fields of business and
education with a particular emphasis upon Healthcare IT. During her
career, she developed expertise in strategic planning, business
operations, marketing and communications, community relations, and
web and application development. Lynn is the Chair-Elect for The
Findlay/Hancock County Alliance and immediate past president for
The Findlay Rotary Club. She has received multiple awards and
honors over the years, including in 2009 The Athena Award honoring
women's business leadership and excellence. Lynn earned an AA from
Tiffin University, a BA from Ohio Northern University, an MA from
Bowling Green State University, and an MA in Technological
Leadership from George Washington University. Lynn currently also
presides as Chairman and CEO of Aardvark Inc. and serves on a
number of non-profit and for-profit boards locally and
regionally.

Patrick Foxhoven, Co-founder
Patrick is a nationally recognized security expert and currently
serves as Vice President of Cloud Operations for Zscaler. Zscaler
is a core CentraComm partner and a leader in the cloud security
market. He has been published in numerous industry trade magazines
and co-authored two books on network security. Patrick is
responsible for CentraComm's strategic technology vision and
product roadmap including next generation network and security
management solutions. Patrick has over 10 years of diverse
professional experience in telecommunications, managed security,
and mission-critical networking fields encompassing a unique mix of
multi-site networking, security, hosting, wireless, and consulting
strategies for solutions aimed at medium through Fortune 100
accounts.

Kevin Henning, Vice Chairman
Kevin Henning is a retired executive from Marathon Oil Company
and Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC where he was Senior Vice
President of Supply and Transportation. He is currently Chairman of
the Millstream Angel Club, a community investment group supporting
economic development in Ohio and Vice-Chairman of CentraComm's
Management Committee. Kevin received a BS in Petroleum Engineering
from Marietta College in 1969 and completed the Harvard Business
School Program for Management Development. Kevin is an Emeritus
Trustee of Marietta College.
Riad Yammine is a retired Oil Industry senior executive from
Marathon Oil. Riad served on the Board of Directors of Marathon Oil
Company. Riad previously served as President of Emro and Ashland's
SuperAmerica LLC until 1998 where he was elected as Executive Vice
President, Strategic Planning & Business Development, of
Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC. He held this position until his
retirement. Currently, Riad is the Co-founder and Chairman of
Findlay Development LLC, a for-profit community company to
undertake the acquisition and rejuvenation of historical buildings
in Findlay, OH. Riad received his BS from Pennsylvania State
University and is a graduate of Harvard's Advanced Management
Program.
Duane Jebbett is President/CEO of Rowmark, Inc., the leading
manufacturer of plastic sheet extrusion products for the custom
engraving and awards markets worldwide. Prior to working at
Rowmark, Duane served as Vice President of Sales for Hancor, Inc.
He serves as an advisory board member for First Federal Bank,
Blanchard Valley Health Systems, JB & Co and Rowmark, Inc.
Duane and his wife Kathy are actively involved in a number of
community and civic organizations. Duane received his degree in
Food Administration from the State University of New York and
graduated from The University of North Carolina's Advanced
Management Program.
Jim Child is the Americas Region Controller for Teradata
Corporation (NYSE: TDC). Jim has been with Teradata, and its former
parent NCR Corporation since 1992, and has held various positions
in Corporate Planning, Global Pricing, the US Area Controller's
Group, and Logistics. Prior to joining NCR, Jim spent three years
with National City Bank where he worked in Credit Administration.
Jim has a BBA in Finance from Kent State University and an MBA in
Finance and Marketing from Indiana University.
